Jonathan A. Edwards

computer science intern

Jon was selected to intern with ITR’s Online Group for the 2007-2008 academic year. Also a computer science major at Malone College, he has previously collaborated with fellow intern Saint and will continue that successful partnership at ITR. Passionate about coding, Jon hopes to cultivate his skills through exposure to real-world projects as he learns the more intricate details of the development process.

From the time he got his first computer in sixth grade, Jon has been interested the inner workings of the hardware as well as the software. When he’s not in class, eating, or sleeping, he is at his computer delving into everything web and game related. Jon likes a multitude of computer games, but most enjoys modifying game engines to create his own unique look and feel. He is also an active member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals Akron chapter.

Jon will graduate in May 2008 with his degree in computer science and, interestingly, a minor in psychology. He hopes to work in development for websites or gaming systems.
